At this home we went for a color change from a beige to white.  The main body of the house is coquina so we  cleaned the surface very well.  We offer to seal coquina as part of our upgraded package .  This is good for keeping bugs and moisture out.  The soffit and bands got caulked and painted twice.  We also painted all exterior doors; the front doors; we also applied a fresh coat of wood sealer.
